Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains how Grey Man Operations (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your personal information when you use our website and shop, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and respond to you:

  • Order details: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order.
  • Enquiries: the name, email, and message you send us through the contact form.
  • Order & browsing basics: what you bought and standard technical information your browser sends (for security and to keep the site working).

How we use your information

  • To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
  • To send order confirmations and respond to your questions.
  • To keep the website secure and improve it.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayFast. We never see or store your full card details.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We only share what's necessary with trusted services that help us operate:

  • PayFast — to process payments.
  • Google Firebase — secure hosting and database for the site and your order.
  • Couriers — to deliver your order to the address you provide.
  • YouTube — video content is embedded from our channel; YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video.

Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser so it's there when you come back. We keep tracking to a minimum.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us via our contact page.

Children

Our shop is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
