Our products

We sell apparel and related merchandise. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, though your screen may vary slightly from the real thing.

Orders

When you place an order and pay, we'll confirm it by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. Payment is handled securely by PayFast. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Shipping is a flat R120 on every order. Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days after payment, depending on your location and the courier.

Returns & exchanges

If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll make it right — a replacement, exchange, or refund — in line with the Consumer Protection Act. For size exchanges, reach out and we'll help where we can; items should be unworn and in their original condition.

Intellectual property

The Grey Man Operations name, logo, designs, and content belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
