In this video, I share my honest experience of completing the Baseline 103 Weapon Hand Only course with JC Lamprecht from Untitled Training Group. This was not simply a course about standing on a range and firing a handgun with one hand. It challenged the way I grip, present and control the firearm, while exposing weaknesses that can easily be hidden when shooting with a conventional two-handed grip. I discuss what the course was like, the lessons that stood out to me, the difficulty of weapon-hand-only shooting and whether I believe this type of training has genuine value for an armed defender. The video includes real footage from the course, demonstrations, live-fire exercises and my personal thoughts after completing the training.
